Frederick Gareri

President & COO

Before joining the foodservice industry, Frederick built a successful career in law, managing legal teams across North America within the equipment finance sector. Through this experience, he developed strategic thinking and problem-solving skills that translate seamlessly into the commercial food equipment space.In May 2025, Frederick joined Omni Food Equipment as President and Chief Operating Officer, embracing a new and exciting challenge that brings together his business leadership experience and his lifelong passion for good food.Being of Italian descent, food has always been central to Frederick’s culture and upbringing. One of his greatest personal pursuits is refining his barista skills, with the ultimate goal of pulling the perfect shot of espresso. He also enjoys exploring new culinary experiences and appreciating the artistry behind a well-crafted meal.At Omni, Frederick works closely with the team to deliver cost-effective, practical, and reliable solutions for customers, while fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and care.Outside of work, Frederick can often be found on the golf course, trying new restaurants, or spending quality time with his family.

Kris Ananthan

General Manager

Kris is the General Manager at Omni Food Equipment, where he keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensures the team has what it needs to succeed.He got his start in the foodservice industry in a front-line role, gaining hands-on experience that sparked a long-term passion for kitchen equipment and hospitality. Since Omni Food Equipment was founded in 2012, Kris has been a key part of the journey, helping build the company from the ground up and supporting its growth every step of the way.Known for his calm, steady approach, Kris thrives on solving challenges and finding practical solutions that make a real difference. He’s especially great at building strong, lasting relationships with customers—making sure they feel heard, supported, and confident they’re in good hands. Whether it’s a time-sensitive issue or a long-term project, Kris is always focused on delivering a positive experience.Efficient, dependable, and truly team-minded, Kris brings a collaborative energy to everything he does. He believes great service starts with trust, transparency, and showing up for people when it matters most.Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and recharging. When he’s not travelling, you’ll likely find him at home relaxing with a good K-drama or catching up on his favourite TV shows.

Growing up in her family’s restaurant, the foodservice industry has always been more than just a career—it’s part of who she is. From fast-paced dinner rushes to behind-the-scenes problem solving, she understands firsthand what it takes to keep a restaurant, café, or hotel running smoothly.Prior to joining Omni Food Equipment, Bianca led high-performance sales and marketing teams across multiple industries, building strategies focused on growth, customer experience, and long-term results. As Director of Strategic Growth & Customer Relations at Omni, she now works closely with customers ranging from independent operators to large corporate clients, helping them find smart, reliable equipment solutions that genuinely make their operations easier. A creative problem solver by nature, she enjoys turning challenges into opportunities and believes the strongest partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and community—not just transactions.Outside of work, Bianca enjoys reading mystery novels, spending time with her Rottweiler and Cane Corso, and challenging herself on a Pilates reformer.

Stanley

Senior Sales Associate

Stanley brings nearly six decades of experience to his role as Senior Sales Associate at Omni Food Equipment. He grew up in the Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration industry and pursued formal technical education covering all aspects of refrigeration design and hands-on fieldwork.Throughout his career, Stanley has worked closely with customers across hospitality, supermarkets, and specialty projects including bakeries, butcher shops, flower stores, and commissaries. He is known for his deep equipment knowledge and his ability to match the right solution to each unique project.For Stanley, the most rewarding part of his work has always been building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients.Outside of work, he enjoys swimming nearly every day, reading novels, and spending quality time with his partner, children, and grandchildren.

Sales & Marketing Associate

Pooja is the Marketing and Sales Associate at Omni Food Equipment, where she works on creative, digital, and e-commerce initiatives that enhance the customer experience and support sales.With a background in hospitality and marketing, Pooja specializes in turning complex product information into clear, engaging content that helps customers make confident purchasing decisions. Her work ensures that browsing, learning, and buying online is simple, intuitive, and enjoyable.Creative, reliable, and consistent, Pooja brings fresh ideas and thoughtful execution to everything she works on, always with the customer experience in mind.Outside of work, Pooja enjoys light reading, cooking for her family, and spending time with friends. At home, she’s usually curled up with her dog and cat—who she’s completely obsessed with—trying new recipes or enjoying a good book.
