
Price Protection Guarantee
Shop With Confidence with OMNI’s 30-Day Price Protection Guarantee
Effective Date: August 26, 2025
Overview:
At Omni Food Equipment, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you purchase a product from us and we lower the price of the exact same item within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll gladly give you store credit for the difference — valid for 6 months from the date of issuance – subject to the herein terms and conditions.
How It Works:
- Purchase your item. Keep your receipt or order confirmation for future reference.
- Watch for price changes — if we lower the price of the exact same product (same brand, model, and specifications) within 30 days of your purchase date, you may be eligible for a store credit.

Submit a claim by contacting our Customer Service team at customerservice@omnife.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and provide the following:
- Proof of purchase;
- Description of the product you are applying for a price protection credit;
- A link or screenshot of the lower price on our store website;
- Receive a store credit - Should you be entitled to a store credit in accordance with this Price Protection Guarantee (the “Store Credit”), we will reply to the e-mail address which you contacted us from, and provide you with the details of the Store Credit. Store Credit will be issued directly to the purchaser listed on the original invoice. The Store Credit shall be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used towards any future purchase (subject to the exclusions and limitations noted below).
Exclusions and Limitations:

- Store Credit applies only to products purchased directly from Omni Food Equipment Inc. which have not been returned.
- The lower price of the product in question must be publicly advertised on Omni Food Equipment’s website or in our store.

This Price Protection Guarantee does not apply to:
- Items being sold by other vendors/resellers or any price match policies/procedures;
- Custom Orders / Special Orders / Dealer programs and Corporate deals;
- Any fees charged by Omni Food Equipment in respect of shipping or freight;
- Clearance, final sale, or open-box items;
- Temporary promotional pricing (e.g., flash sales under 24 hours); and,
- Bundled offers or coupon discounts.
- Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Store Credit cannot be used to pay for shipping charges/fees or any applicable taxes.
- Only one price protection claim per item is allowed.
