Shipping policy
Please note, all orders are FOB our warehouse and are shipped door to door only. Deliveries will not be brought inside the delivery premises unless otherwise arranged with our office. Omni Food Equipment prepares and inspects all items prior to shipping and does not take responsibility for any damages, delays, or errors made by third party carriers. Customers are advised to carefully inspect all items before accepting/signing for deliveries and note any damages on the Bill of Lading.
What are my shipping options?
Shipping - Third Party Delivery:
This option provides delivery of your item(s) by a third-party freight carrier and delivered to your driveway (Curbside). An extra charge will apply for any appointment deliveries. Delivery personnel will not inspect, unpack or assemble products nor remove debris.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking details are sent directly from our third-party shipping partner to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if necessary) for updates on your shipment’s progress. It may take 24–48 hours from the time the order is placed to receive your tracking number (excluding weekends).If you don’t receive your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at sales@omnife.com.
Note: Heavy (above 80 lbs) or oversized equipment ships securely on skids for enhanced stability, easier handling, and lower shipping costs for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pick-up and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will ensure with can resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you. Upon receipt of the items, you agree to inspect the goods for defects, damage, or discrepancies within 24 hours (the “Inspection Period”). If any issues are found, you must notify us in writing within the Inspection Period. If no notice is given within the Inspection Period, the goods will be deemed accepted
