How to Participate
In order to participate in the Giveaway and be entered in the draw, you must:
- Be a follower of our Instagram account as of the End Date;
- Visit our showroom located at 500 Norfinch Drive, North York, ON M3N 1Y4, and correctly fill out a ballot with your contact information.
If you complete the above, you will receive one entry in our draw. Only one entry per Participant.
The Draw
On , or soon after as reasonably possible, all qualifying entries shall be inputted into a third-party random digital online generator of our choosing, and a random qualifying Participant shall be selected to win the Prize.
The Prizes (the “Prize”)
The Prize given to the winner of the Giveaway will be a brand new Sonicook Stainless Steel Dual Fuel (Wood & Propane) Pizza Oven.
The Winners
- The Winners of the Giveaway shall be announced via our Instagram account on , or soon after as reasonably possible.
- If you are a Winner, you will be asked to correctly answer the following skill-testing question prior to being able to collect your prize: (10 x 2) + (4 ÷ 2) – 2 = __________ (the “Skill-testing Question”).
- Failure to correctly answer the Skill-testing Question will disqualify you from winning a prize in the Giveaway and the prize will be awarded to another eligible contestant randomly drawn by Omni who correctly answers the skill-testing question.
General
- Giveaway is only open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older.
- No purchase necessary to enter.
- This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform where the Giveaway is being promoted.
- Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to collecting or receiving their Prizes. Prizes can be picked up from our head office in North York, Ontario, at no charge. Alternatively, shipping can be arranged at the Winner’s expense. All shipping costs must be paid in advance and are calculated at our discretion. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and method. Shipping is at the Winner's sole risk.
- By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Omni, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Giveaway or the use or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.
- If any of the Prizes require installation or assembly, Winners must retain a qualified installer to install and/or assemble the Prize.
- All Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. Prizes are provided as-is, without any warranty, express or implied.
- Prizes are being provided as-is, where-is, and do not come with any warranty or guarantees.
- By entering this Giveaway, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and announcing Winners. All Participants who participate in the Giveaway, whether they have correctly followed all the rules or not, expressly consent and agree to allow Omni to advertise the outcome of the Giveaway on Instagram, or any other written or digital media platform, which said advertisement of outcome may include, without limitation, your personal information, such as your name, Instagram handle, and city of residence. In the event that you do not wish to have your personal information advertised as part of the Giveaway, you should notify us immediately and you will be removed and disqualified from the Giveaway.
- In the unlikely event that any of the Prizes are not available as at the End Date, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of similar retail value in place of the unavailable Prize.
- If any provision noted in these Giveaway Terms conflicts or is inconsistent with any relevant term or condition noted elsewhere, the provisions of these Giveaway Terms shall take precedence and prevail.
