The Sierra C1840E is a countertop, electric conveyor oven with a 18" wide belt and a 40" long cooking chamber. It is designed for cooking pizza, baked dishes, chicken wings, calzones, cookies, pies, pita breads, bakery products, hot sub sandwiches, and more. It has 13.5 kilowatts of heating power and is stackable up to three units high.
